HONDURAS COC DECK & ENGINE SIDE (OPERATION & MANAGEMENT LEVEL)

Documents Required:

• Application form.
• Medical.
• Copy of a valid national passport. (Validity for more than six months).
• Color passport size photograph (light or white Background).
• Copy of Previous COC (Should be Online, only for officers looking for Upgrade or Higher Rank).
• Copy of Seaman book (For officers and a fresh application for junior officers).
• CDC Stamp pages.
• Copy of Valid Passport.

• Ratings forming part of a navigational watch (Deck for AB rank CDC).
• Ratings forming part of an engineering watch (Engine if required for Oiler rank CDC).
• Certificate of proficiency (II/5 for ABD CDC).
• Certificate of proficiency (III/5 for ABE CDC).
• CDC and stamp pages for AB/ABD/ABE/Oiler position as required.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING – HONDURAS COC DECK & ENGINE SIDE (Operational & Management Level)

• Original Application Form
• 4 Color passport size Photograph (light or white Background)
• Basic STCW & Advance courses, MFA/MC,GMDSS, ROC and ARPA,SSO etc
• Copy of Valid Seaman book with discharge pages
• Copy of Valid Passport( Front and Back pages)
• Valid Certificate of Competency (Operational & Management Level)
• Honduras Medical Form

Third Officer (Regulation II/1 , above 500 GRT Vessels )

Requirements:
1. Pre Sea training Deck Cadet or G.P.Rating
2. In case of Rating, he needs to have valid Watchkeeping certificate also
3. 18 months sea time as Deck Cadet or 18 months sea time as AB
4. Should have Valid STCW 2010 courses.
5. Passport size photograph(light or white background)
6. Copy of valid passport(Front and Back Pages)

Second Officer (Regulation II/1 , Above 500 GRT Vessels )

Requirements:
1. Valid COC of Third Officer
2. 18 months sea time as Third Officer
3. Should have Valid STCW 2010 courses
4. Passport size photograph(light or white background)
5. Copy of valid passport(Front and Back Pages)

Officer Incharge of Navigational Watch(Regulation II/1 , Above 500 GRT Vessels )

Requirements:
1. Valid COC of Third Officer
2. 12 months sea time as Third Officer or 18 months as Rating as Able Seafarer Deck under regulation II/5
3. Should have Valid STCW 2010 courses
4. Passport size photograph (light or white background)
5. Copy of valid passport (Front and Back Pages)Chief Officer or First Deck Officer (Regulation II/2 , Above 500 GRT Vessels )

Requirements:
1. Valid COC of Third Officer or Second Officer
2. 24 months sea time as Third Officer or 12 months sea time as Second officer
3. Should have Valid STCW 2010 courses
4. Passport size photograph (light or white background)
5. Copy of valid passport (Front and Back Pages)

Master (Regulation II/2 , Above 500 GRT Vessels ) 

Requirements:
1. Valid COC of Second Officer or Chief Officer
2. 36 months sea time as Second Officer or 12 months sea time as Chief Officer
3. Should have Valid STCW 2010 courses
4. Passport size photograph (light or white background)
5. Copy of valid passport (Front and Back Pages)
